Step-by-step on Your website:

  1. Log into the WordPress admin of your website with an Administrator account.
  2. Go to:
    Users → Profile
    (Or click on your name in the top right → “Edit Profile”)
  3. Scroll down until you see “Application Passwords” section.
  4. Under New Application Password, give it a name (e.g. WatermelonSeed SEO).
  5. Click Add New Application Password.
  6. It will instantly generate a string like: nginxCopyEditabcd efgh ijkl mnop
  7. Copy that password right away. You won’t be able to view it again.

🔑 API Token Format (for the Connected Sites tab)

In WatermelonSeed SEO (on watermelonseedseo.com), enter:

  • Site URL: https://charliepatric.com
  • API Token: makefileCopyEdityour_username:generated_password Example: makefileCopyEditcharlie:abcd efgh ijkl mnop
